Last Will and Testament

With a will, you can of course, pick the executor of your estate. The executor distributes assets but he can also choose a guardian for your minor children or name your heirs. The executor can also identify the goods your heirs will inherit, including your precious estate goods, your cash and your investment portfolio. Avoiding probate saves you on court costs.
